Most office products ship via ground courier and are available for delivery to the green highlighted sections on the map above. Furniture items that require shipment by truck due to their size and/or weight are available in limited delivery areas. Every item's shipping method, with a link to more details, is shown next to the product photo and below the item's price; see examples below.

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM in your time zone normally ship the same day (Monday-Friday). Most customers will receive their Courier shipments within 1-3 week days. We ship from a network of warehouses located in Brampton, Vancouver, Calgary & Winnipeg. Products that cannot ship via Courier and require shipment by truck such as desks, file cabinets, etc.typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery.
Orders shipping by truck will not ship until we've spoken with you to confirm delivery arrangements. Once we've received your order we will contact you, or if you prefer contact us at 1-888-231-9493.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside). Inside delivery and/or setup is available in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. Contact us at 1-888-231-9493 or by email to for a quote. Be sure to include the item numbers of the items you are inquiring about in your email. Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses & Home Office
Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.  Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside). Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.
