Setting Up and Maintaining Your Customer
Information
Setting up an account with BuyOnlineNow.ca is easy and totally free. Simply
choose a username and password and enter your billing and shipping information
prior to completing your first order with us. You will not need to reenter your
billing and shipping information each time you order from us, as this
information is stored in your account details. Your account will also allow you
to access your order history with us, and allow you to keep a
Favorite items list,

How To Set Up an Account
Either click on the
My Account prompt found at the top of our pages,
or you will be prompted to register during
the checkout process of your first order from us. Fill out the billing
information form, leaving the box checked yes if your shipping address is the
same as your billing address. If not, uncheck this box and you will be allowed
to enter your shipping address on the next page. Choose a username and password. Once you have completed this page, click next. If your billing and shipping
addresses are the same, you're done! If you have a different shipping address,
you will be taken to a shipping address form to complete. Fill out this form,
click Next and you're done!
How to Change Your Customer Information
You can update your billing address, shipping address, and password at any
time in our My Account. Click the
login to your your account to access these features.

in the upper left of our pages, under our name. Once in the
My Account
click on "Change Shipping or Billing Information" to make whatever
changes are necessary. Only your username cannot be changed. You will need to

If you are attempting to login to our site but cannot remember your password,
click the Password Reminder prompt found below the "New Users click here to
register" bar. Once on the Lost Password page, enter your username and
click Enter. Your password will be promptly emailed to the email address

Favorites
Add items to your Favorites list by clicking the "Add to Favorites"
button found on every item's detail page. Once added to your
Favorites list,
items can be reordered without having to search for them. You can add or remove
items from your list at any time. You must have registered with us and be logged
in to our site to access this feature.
Order History
Access your prior orders in our
My Account by clicking on the
Order
History prompt. You will need to login in to your account to access these
features.
