How can I track my order if I have not registered for an account?

You may still track your order status even if you have not created an account with us.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of any page on our website.
  • Here you will find a link to Track My Order under Customer Service.
  • Enter your Order Number and your Email address and click on the blue Track Order button.
  • You also have the ability to track your shipment with your Purolator or DHL tracking number on this page.
  • An email is also sent to you once your order has shipped. In this email, you will find a link to track your order.
